- see the widening array of life choices they can consider in re-employment and retirement and how to choose the right one(s) for them;
- define the organization, culture, and role that's really right for them;
- create a 'must read' resume;
- create a job search strategy;
- effectively utilize written and verbal communications to find the right destination;
- maximize their interviewing performance, ensuring the employer knows what they bring as an employee-asset and they know whether the employer and the role is right for them;
- develop a Retirement Lifestyle Plan.
