Regan
MacBain Traub, CPC, SPHR
Regan founded
The Human Resource Consortium, LLC in 1995 and co-founded The
Human Resource Connection, LLC in 2000.
She devotes her energy to building organizations'
capability through enhancement of the human resource
management and organization development functions.
With her career origin in business operations, Regan is
known for her focus on business impact.
Prior to
founding The HRC companies, Regan spent ten years as a
staffing consultant, fourteen years in entrepreneurial
business management, and five years within marketing and
purchasing in international firms. She personally possesses
extensive expertise in dealing with complex staffing and
retention issues.
She earned
her certifications as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC)
in 1989 from the National Association of Personnel Services
and her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2000
from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
With a firm
commitment to development of the HR profession and
volunteerism, she continues to be re-elected as State Director
for SHRM-CT, has recently served as Professional Development
Director for SHRM's Northeast Area, is an ongoing Member of
the SHRM Northeast Area Board of Directors, and is a Member of
the Board of Directors for the Capital Region Workforce
Development Board and their Quality Assurance Committee.

Nannette
R. Woodcock
Co-founder of
The Human Resource Connection, LLC, Nannette has spent the
last 12 years in national retained and contingency search with
experience in domestic and national markets. She worked as an
independent search consultant specializing in management and
advanced practice positions for the healthcare industry. Her
success in recruiting highly specialized professionals on a
national and international level during tight labor markets is
attributed to an intuitive style and developing a clear
understanding of her clients and their needs to ensure
retention rates that exceeded industry norms.
Her business
background of some 15 years has resulted in a broad base of
knowledge over several industries including banking,
hospitality, utilities, academia, real estate and the public
sector. Nannette was Vice President of a precious metals
brokerage firm, Account Group Supervisor for a major Northeast
advertising firm, and Marketing and Sales Director for a state
lottery commission where she participated in the development
of the country's first tri-state lotto. She also served as
Program Manager for the Governor's Council on Energy and was
appointed for one term to serve as Senate Journal Clerk in the
New Hampshire Senate. Nannette earned her Bachelor of Arts in
Management and Marketing with Honors from Franklin Pierce
College. She is a
member of SHRM as well as several state chapters and serves on
the Middle Haddam Historic District Commission.
